What is a Public Adjuster?
A public insurance adjuster is an independent professional that acts as a fiduciary on behalf of the policyholder. Similar to the insurance carrier’s adjuster, a public adjuster will assess the damage or cause of loss, help determine the scope of repairs, assess the replacement value for those repairs and hold the insurance company accountable.
