How fees work in Pennsylvania

You sign a written contract that states our fee before we start any work.

Pennsylvania requires your contract to state our fee, either as a percentage or as a maximum dollar amount.

We go over the fee with you before you sign, and you get a copy of the signed contract.

How it works

  1. 1

    Tell us what happened

Fill out the form or call. Our team reviews your information and calls you back within one business day.

  2. 2

    We document everything

We inspect the damage, take detailed photos, review your whole policy and write a full estimate of what it costs to repair.

  3. 3

    We handle the insurance company

We present the claim, answer the carrier, schedule inspections and negotiate, and keep you updated along the way.

Many Pennsylvania homeowner policies require any lawsuit over the claim to be started within one year of the date of loss. Contact us early so no deadline on your claim is missed.

Pennsylvania questions

My claim was already paid. Can you still help?

Often, yes. If the payment left out damage or underpriced the repairs, we can document what was missed and request more. Time limits apply, so do not wait.

What does it cost?

A percentage of what the insurance company pays, or a set maximum, written in your contract before we start.

Can I keep working with my contractor?

Yes. We work alongside your roofer, restoration company or contractor. They handle the repairs; we handle the insurance claim.

¿Hablan español?
