How we are paid: our fee is a percentage of what your insurance company pays on the claim, written in your contract before we start. Fee limits are set by each state's law.

What is a public adjuster?
A licensed professional who represents you, the policyholder, on an insurance claim. The insurance company's adjuster works for the insurance company. A public adjuster assesses the damage, scopes the repairs, prices them and holds the insurer to the policy you paid for.
Do I need to file a claim before I contact you?
No. It is best to contact us before you file or right at the start. We can also step in on a claim that is already open, closed or denied.
How much does it cost?
Our fee is a percentage of what the insurance company pays, set out in a written contract before we start. Each state sets its own rules and limits, so we explain the fee for your state on the first call.
What kinds of damage do you handle?
